In the following terms and conditions, the term "We" or "Us" refers to the organizer.

Gender Requirement: Participants must identify with the appropriate gender category.
Official Language: English. Non-English speakers must arrange for their own interpreters during pageant events.
Re-Entry Conditions: Past winners may re-enter in a different category if they meet the new eligibility criteria.
Competition Areas: Points are awarded in categories such as Photoshoots, Bikini, Gown, Creative Fashion Red Carpet Look, Social Awareness & Speech, Judges' Questions, and Online Voting.
Code of Conduct: Participants agree to maintain high moral standards, refrain from slander and defamation, and exhibit professionalism and sportsmanship throughout the pageant. Winners are required to fulfill a minimum of 30 appearances during their reign. Participants agree to all of the Code of Conduct.
Global Supermodel Delegates agrees:

To attend the Global Supermodels International Pageant if selected as the winner in the preliminary pageant and further abide by all the required services, rules, and regulations governing this pageant. Delegate agrees that in the event of the winner not being able to compete in the Global Supermodels International Pageant, if any payments have been paid by Global Supermodels Pageants for the winner’s prize to the Global Supermodels International Pageant, they will be liable to reimburse Global Supermodels Pageants in full.

To attend the Global Supermodels Pageants in 2024 for handover, if selected as the winner in Global Supermodels Pageants.

If selected as a Global Supermodels winner, delegate agrees to make a minimum of 30 appearances throughout her year’s reign as approved by the director of Global Supermodels Pageants, prior to the Global Supermodels International Finals. Appearances may include but are not limited to parades; radio, television, and newspaper interviews; and public appearances at events. Winners are expected to provide Global Supermodels Pageants with photos of appearances for the Global Supermodels Pageant social and promotion.

If selected as a Global Supermodels winner, they will not enter or compete in any other regional, national, or international pageant or beauty contest during her reign. Winners are expected to give their time and energy to this title during their year’s reign. Permission for Global Supermodels Pageant titleholders to participate in other pageants will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If selected as a Global Supermodels winner, delegate agrees that a contract will be signed pertaining to the code of conduct, appearances, and work, including modeling, television, and film, that the winners undertake during their reign on behalf of Global Supermodels Pageants.

If selected as a Global Supermodels winner, the Global Supermodels director’s decision is final with regards to wardrobe choices at the Global Supermodels International Final. The winners’ dresses will be ultimately selected and approved by the Global Supermodels Director.

That a commission of 20% will be deducted by the directors of Global Supermodels Pageants from the gross fee for any paid assignment as a Global Supermodels representative, which has been organized and booked with Global Supermodels.

To look solely to the Global Supermodels Pageant Director with respect to all matters relating to her application, rules, regulations, policies, preparation, rehearsal, performance, and selection process, and all other matters relating to the preliminary and international pageant.

That Global Supermodels Pageants and Global Supermodels Pageants, Inc., its officers, employees, and pageant personnel are not responsible for accidents, injury, or theft incurred at the time of the Global Supermodels Final or Global Supermodels International Pageant® or travel to and from.

That Global Supermodels Pageants and Global Supermodels Pageants, Inc. are not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of pageant sponsors, judges, or contract vendors (e.g., photographer, videographer, etc.) who may be providing products or services to delegates and winners at the Global Supermodels final or Global Supermodels International Pageant®.

That Global Supermodels Pageants and Global Supermodels Pageants, Inc. are not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of the host hotel.

That Global Supermodels Pageants and Global Supermodels Pageants, Inc. are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused to any and all prizes, gifts, and awards bestowed upon Delegate after these items become the property of Delegate. Delegate agrees to incur replacement and/or repair costs to lost, stolen, or damaged items including but not limited to: sash, plaques, trophies, etc.

That the date/venue and region of the Global Supermodels Pageant is subject to change and in such a case, the Delegate is not eligible for a refund.

That prizes given by Global Supermodels Sponsors to prize winners are not the responsibility of Global Supermodels Pageants and Global Supermodels Pageants cannot be held liable for any sponsor not fulfilling their prizes to winners.

That Global Supermodels Pageants are not responsible for the organization of the Global Supermodels International Pageant. Venue and location of the Global Supermodels International Pageant are subject to change and are organized by Global Supermodels Pageants, Inc.

That Delegates under 18 years will be accompanied at all times during the preliminary and international finals by a parent or legal guardian and they are the sole responsibility of the parent/legal guardian. They are not the responsibility of Global Supermodels Pageants and Global Supermodels International Inc.

That if delegate wins the Canada competition and then continues to win the Global Supermodels International pageant, a new contract with Global Supermodels Pageants and/or Global Supermodels International will be signed.

If the Global Supermodels International Pageant is canceled, prizes are not transferable. Flight, accommodation, and pageant entry fee are solely for the Global Supermodels International Pageant. Delegate agrees that Global Supermodels Pageants are not liable for costs incurred due to the cancellation of the Global Supermodels International Pageant.
Appearances and Bonus Points:
Delegates can earn bonus points by making appearances throughout their reign as local, regional or national titleholders. Each approved appearance will be eligible to be awarded points. All bonus points, to a maximum of 5, are awarded at the discretion of the Canada Galaxy Director. The director’s decision is final and will not enter into debate or discussion with regards to the awarding of bonus points.
Participation:
I will make myself available during the competition period and will fully cooperate in all pageant activities.
I understand that the Pageant reserves the right to disqualify anyone from participation who, in the opinion of the Pageant Officials, is guilty of misconduct.
I understand that Pageant is not responsible for providing meals at nationals. I am responsible for my transportation to and from the pageant, and my own hotel room. I understand that I can choose to share a room with family and/or friends, or I can room with another delegate who will be traveling to nationals alone.
I understand that I am responsible for my own airfare to and from the pageant site including transportation from the airport to the hotel.
I understand that neither the Pageant nor its agents or volunteers will be responsible for any lost, misplaced, or otherwise claimed missing property during any pre-competition or competition activities.
I agree that, in the event of illness, I will be totally responsible for any and all costs pertaining thereto, including physician fees, hospital or emergency care, and for any and all medication.
I agree to abide by the rules, regulations, agreements, and other instructions and stipulations, verbal or written, as set down by the Pageant.
I understand and agree that immediately after receiving Pageant forms, I must read, complete, sign, and return all Pageant forms and agreements to the pageant office at Global Supermodels Pageants
I understand that the pageant reserves the right to take away my title at any time for any reason, and my money would be refunded should this occur. Sash must be returned to Global Supermodels Pageants, in order to receive full refund.
Disqualification:
I understand that the Pageant reserves the right to disqualify me if, in the opinion of the Pageant Officials, I am guilty of misconduct, not fulfilling my duties as a regional titleholder or titled queen, misrepresenting the Organization, speaking negatively about the pageant and it’s officials, or defaming the organization in any way, starting rumours, becoming part of or taking part in rumours, or being associated with those slandering the organization and it’s officials. These are all automatic grounds for disqualification. If I am removed from my position, I agree to return the sash immediately (and all prizes given) or legal action will be taken against me.
I understand that while wearing my sash, I will refrain from smoking, swearing and drinking alcoholic beverages in public. I understand and agree that I do not have a criminal record, have never been arrested or committed a crime.
I understand that I must accept the judges’ decision and it is final. I understand that if I do not stay for Court photos, I will be removed from my placement and the next delegate will assume the position.
I understand that if the pageant takes away my title and remove me for the reason of disqualification of the terms & conditions and code of conduct, I am not entitled to any refund.
Publicity and Promotion:
By virtue of participation in the Global Supermodels Pageants, delegate agrees to allow Global Supermodels Pageants the right to use her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion now and in the future. Delegate understands that her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information may be used on the Internet, in print advertising, press releases, and merchandise related to Global Supermodels Pageants (e.g., t-shirts, tote bags, hats, other apparel, mouse pads, and other promotional materials.) Delegate agrees that photographs submitted to Global Supermodels Pageants may be used for publicity and promotion by Global Supermodels Pageants, and the delegate must own the copyright to these images or have obtained permission prior to submission. Delegate agrees to release Global Supermodels Pageants from liability for any injury resulting from publicity and promotion. Delegate agrees to waive any and all compensation for use of her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion.Delegate understands and agrees that all photographs, videotapes, or productions made of them as a contestant, or in a group, become the property of Global Supermodels Pageants, Inc. Delegate authorizes Global Supermodels Pageants, Inc. or anyone designated by them, to use her picture for purposes of publicity, promotion, and/or advertising in all media.
Use of Name and Likeness - Minors:
Adults accompanying Delegates, who are under 18 years of age as of the pageant date, authorize the right for Photography & Videography for Global Supermodels Pageants and Global Supermodels International Pageant®. This includes internet, websites, printed publications, all events leading to, and including, the Global Supermodels Pageants and Global Supermodels International Pageant®. All delegates/contestants under 18 years, as of the start of the International Pageant, must be accompanied at all events, including the international pageant in 2024, by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian will bear their own costs for all expenses including travel and accommodation.
International pegeant:
If, for any reason, the Winner of the Title is disqualified, or unable to honor her commitment as the Winner, she will forfeit her title, all cash, prizes, and awards, including crown and sash. Global Supermodels Pageants will award the Title to the Runner-Up. Such Runner-Up shall then fulfill the obligations of the Winner and may be awarded prizes at the option of the Pageant. However, Global Supermodels Pageants shall be under no obligation to provide such prizes to the designated Runner-Up. I agree to behave myself in an exemplary fashion. I will not defame or make derogatory remarks about the pageant just because I am not the winner. I understand that this would be grounds for charges of “Defamation of Character” to be brought against me.
Financial Obligations:

Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of US$250 is required upon application submission.

Participation Fee for Contestants from USA and Canada: Upon acceptance into the pageant, a fee of US$1000 non-refundable is required (must be paid within 15 days after selection email is sent). This fee covers participation costs for the provincial pageant titles of Canada and USA. Title winners and runner-ups from these provincial pageant, will be selected for the Grand Finale , to be held in Los Angeles.

Grand Finale Participation Fees: Participants agree that Upon getting selected, paying US$2000(non-refundable, must be paid in advance after selection) to participate in the Grand finale. The Finale winner gets worldwide recognition and variety of prizes from sponsors.

Participant Responsibilities: Entrants are responsible for their own travel costs to and from the pageant.

Pageant Responsibilities: Accommodation, meals during the event, and marketing materials will be provided by the pageant.

Representative Commission: A commission of 20% will be deducted by the directors of Global Super Model Pageants from the gross fee for any paid assignment undertaken by Global Supermodels, organized and booked by Global Supermodels.
Agreements:
Global Supermodels Pageants entrant agrees to abide by the above rules. If an entrant fails to abide by the above rules and/or brings Global Supermodels Pageants, into disrepute, for which a decision will be made at the Director’s discretion, the Global Supermodels Pageants Director and/or Global Supermodels International Director has the right to terminate the entrant's contract immediately, reclaim the entrant's sash and authorize the deletion of all photos containing the Global Supermodels Sash & Global Supermodels Crown.
By submitting the entry form and fee(s) to Global Supermodels Pageants, leading to Preliminary Pageant and the Global Supermodels finale Pageant®, delegate agrees to abide by all policies, rules, and regulations set forth by Global Supermodels Pageants on www.globalsupermodels.com
I agree to the above terms and conditions and agree to abide by all policies, rules, and regulations set forth by Global Supermodels Pageants. I confirm that all information submitted to Global Supermodels Pageants is true and accurate. Falsification of information and failure to comply with the policies of Global Supermodels Pageants may result in immediate disqualification and/or forfeiture of prizes won without benefit of refund in full or in part at the sole discretion of Global Supermodels Pageants.
Contracts and Permissions: Winners must sign a contract outlining behavior, appearances, and activities. Competing in other pageants without permission from the pageant director is prohibited.
Media Rights: The pageant reserves the right to use participants' images and information for promotional purposes.
Publicity: Participants agree to participate in reasonable competition publicity upon request. This may include filming, photography, or recording for promotional purposes.
Intellectual Property: By entering the competition, participants grant the pageant the right to use their photographic and/or video submissions for social media promotion of their participation. Participants agree to fulfill any requirements related to this clause. Please note that submitted photographs or content will not be returned.
Use of Personal Data: Participants' personal information may be used for competition purposes, including statistics, organizing castings, and selecting entrants for national casting. Participants agree to the use and disclosure of their information according to the pageant's Privacy Policy.
Liability Limitations: The pageant is not liable for accidents, injuries, theft, or third-party failures during the event.
Further Agreements: Participants are bound by all terms upon entry and must comply with all pageant regulations as outlined.
Terms & Conditions: These terms are subject to change without prior notice. Each participant is responsible for understanding and adhering to the current rules as published.
